Community vs Corporate Culture Everyone is so anxious to make a dollar that people forget to care about people. Many people take the selfish route of things and only think of themselves, their own interests, and their own objectives when in fact that is counterproductive to sales. People have their own problems going on in their lives and do not need the added stress of someone else interrupting with yet another bill to pay, just so the sales person can make a sale for themselves. People want things that make their lives easier, they want to deal with people they like, talk to people that are interested in them, and are interesting themselves. By being interesting it give the person something to add on to their own character manipulation. It seems that people are taking a stance to put money over everything. The corporate culture.
